What does the wedding package contain?
Our flexible wedding package includes an international cheese display with fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit display, a four-course gourmet dinner prepared with culinary flair, a champagne toast for your wedding guests, a customized wedding cake, and much, much more. Other amenities, such as premium linen and napkin choice and a spacious private bridal suite with complimentary champagne and hors d’ouvres also included at no additional charge.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
All of our wedding cakes now come from Cerratos Pastry Shop. You can view their cakes on their website: www.cerratos.com
Do you provide flower services?
Our floral arrangement designer is Rebecca Dellatorre and she has been working with Castle of Knights since 2005. Whether you have an event with us or choose an off-site venue, you can enjoy Floral Design by Rebecca!

What does the wedding package look like for flowers?
Your wedding bouquet should express your style, starting with a favorite flower or color. With the flowers you choose, Rebecca will create the scene–casual, romantic, whimsical or any other idea you’re envisioning. You can view our various wedding flower packages here.
What kind of food is offered at weddings?
Your wedding day should be everything you’ve dreamed of and more. The team at Castle of Knights strives to make your wedding an affair to remember, including providing various wedding food and drink packages. You can view packages here.
When can weddings be booked?
Wedding receptions are booked for six-hour intervals and can be scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am–4pm or 6pm–12am and anytime on Sundays.
What other events does Castle of Knights host?
Castle of Knights can host any variety of events, parties, company gatherings, weddings, baby showers or banquets for up to 775 people. We can offer catering, ample parking, visual and audio equipment, and a staff that is dedicated to making sure your party is handled expertly and without any aspects missed.
